Please allow 2-5 business days for handling and shipping. We generally ship worldwide but if your country is not in our list of destinations, please contact us at info@byadushka.com and we will gladly assist you with alternative shipping arrangements.

 

Shipping within SWITZERLAND: 1-4 business days in transit

Shipping within the EUROPEAN UNION and the USA: 3-8 business days in transit

Shipping to the REST of the world: 5-10 business days in transit

 

FREE SHIPPING IN SWITZERLAND above 100 CHF *non-sale items only (under 100 CHF it costs 8.50 CHF) 

WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING above 300 CHF *non-sale items only (under 300 CHF it costs 15 CHF)

 

We cannot guarantee delivery times. You should receive your parcel within the given times by SWISSPOST however these times are estimates excluding external factors like customs clearance process. Thank you for your patience.

Once an order ships and is in transit, the order can't be canceled.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for any returned item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

CUSTOMS POLICY (this applies to the EU, US, and rest of the world)

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in your total amount at time of checkout. Duty and import tax is determined by the customs agency of your shipping country and beyond our control. We are unable to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate these costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office. 

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore your order is not eligible for refund.

We are now refunding your duties. Here’s how to get your refund:
1. Take a picture of the invoice you got from your courier
2. Send it to info@byadushka.com or by text to +41788994897
3. We will verify your request and send you a refund on your order

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to locate packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating the lost package. We highly recommend choosing a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. 

 

  

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can decide to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. 

Before returning an item please either contact us via email at info@byadushka.com or call us at +41 788 994 897. We need to be notified about the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached. We reserve the right of proof for the shipping date.

We would like therefore to specify that there are no duties to be borne by the customer, they will be borne by us. If you are in countries outside Europe, please send us your receipts so that we can compensate you - we want none of you to have to pay for duties.

Any items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, including items sold at promotional discounts.

International/EU shipping cost is non-refundable. All cost for the return shipment (domestic, EU and international) is the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping. We highly recommend that you insure all packages, as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or stolen.

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

  1. Assortment

Since most products from By Adushka are handmade, small deviations of the delivered products from the ones displayed on the WEB Boutique are possible and welcome. Differences are also possible due to the different screen settings.

The offers on the Web Boutique of By Adushka are non-binding.

  1. Contract conclusion

By clicking on "send order" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order follows immediately after sending the order by e-mail.

If an article is no longer available, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

The acceptance of the order by By Adushka and thus the conclusion of the purchase contract come into effect with the delivery of the goods. By placing an order, the customer accepts the present general standard terms and conditions.

  1. Confirmation of your order

The confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail from us, in which we inform you about the definite delivery date.

In general, our products can be delivered within 4 working days. In case of longer delivery time or delivery delays you will be contacted by us via e-mail.

  1. Prices

The prices indicated on the Online Boutique By Adushka are calculated in Swiss francs including the value added tax (7.7%) or euro at the current rate.

  1. Payment

Your order can be made by invoice with advance payment or by credit card. The terms of payment formulated on the invoice apply.
