DESIGNED BY KARIN KÄMPF & DEBORA SCHULTHEISS IN HOMAGE TO THE «ART BASEL»

Art Basel is always one of the city's buzziest events. In homage to this special occasion ByAdushka presents the «Pampelonne Dress» in collaboration with the Basel based Artist, Debora Schultheiss. All of the events draw a stylish crowd of art collectors, fashion types, and party people, resulting in a mix of couture and casual looks.

Karin Kämpf, the founder of ByAdushka personally designed the Barcelona silk dress, as part of her ByAdushka line. Originally available in avio and black, this remarkable piece has now been reborn as a limited edition, showcasing the stunning masterpiece of Debora Schultheiss as a print.

 

 

Made from pure silk and produced in a small family-run factory near Venice, the Pampelonne Dress is available in three different colors: Lemon, Avio and Oceano. This ByAdushka a typical easy and cool fit piece, inspired by the Maroccan Djellaba's ideal to feel comfortable and chic at the same time. The exclusive Pampelonne Dress is a limited edition pieces, only five pieces are produced per color. 

 

 

WHAT INSPIRED THE ARTIST? 

The answer is: The artist's home-stay near the Pampelonne Beach next to St. Tropez in the south of France. Each color used was inspired by the colors the artist saw in these magical places. Each place left something inside her that the artist expressed in her works, which were in turn printed on the Barcelona dress.

ByAdushka reciprocates the love we receive from the local community by giving back through our Gellert Quartier-based Concept Store, which has evolved into a popular gathering spot for locals.

 

We will introduce this dress in our ByAdushka Concept Store in Basel on Friday, June 9th, from 5 to 9 pm, in the presence of the artist Debora Schultheis and just before the commencement of the Art Basel, on June 13th, 2023.
