Catherine Tisseuil, the designer, was inspired by the generous and contemporary forms of silverware when seen from a jeweller's perspective. The creations evade classical cultural codes and play up their ambivalence - they are both traditional and iconoclastic, sumptuous and modest. It's all in the way we see things, who says that an antique matchbox cannot become a perfect piece of jewellery for men and women of all ages?
